Account Deletion

Delete your Legion account through the app

• Open Legion HQ and sign in to the account you want to close.
• Open Settings, then Account & Data, and choose Delete Legion HQ Account.
• Read and confirm the subscription and data-loss notices, then submit the authenticated deletion request.
• We verify the request before deleting or anonymising eligible account data. Submitting a request does not immediately erase data or cancel a subscription.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@legionalgolabs.com from the email address on your Legion account with the subject ‘Account deletion request’. Do not send a password, payment-card information, or other sensitive information by email.

We will use reasonable identity-verification steps before acting on a request. This public page does not provide an unauthenticated deletion button, so no one can request deletion of an arbitrary account.

Data we delete or anonymise when eligible

• Legion HQ and Legion Algo Labs account profile information, account identifiers, and access records where they are no longer required.
• Academy course progress, journal entries, saved settings, notification preferences, push-device records, and other account-linked product data.
• Membership access records and related operational data, where deletion or anonymisation is appropriate and permitted.

Records we may retain

We may retain or securely isolate limited records where necessary for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations. Stripe processes payment details; Legion Algo Labs does not directly store full payment-card details.

Retained records are not kept for ordinary product access and are handled in accordance with our retention and legal obligations.

Active subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription. Cancel it through the customer portal or contact support for verified assistance before the next billing date. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access and billing status remain subject to the applicable checkout terms and billing period.

Timing and support

We aim to acknowledge verified deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletion or anonymisation within 30 days, unless identity verification, an active subscription, a legal obligation, a dispute, or technical recovery requirements make additional time necessary. We will contact you if we need more information.
