Legion Risk Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Legion Algo Labs is the developer and publisher of Legion Risk. This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Legion Risk v1, a local-first trading utility containing a Position Size Calculator, Risk/Reward Calculator, Profit & Loss Calculator, and Settings.

Legion Risk does not require an account and does not use authentication. It does not use AI, connect to brokerage accounts, execute trades, or provide financial advice. Calculator results are informational tools, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

This policy covers the standalone Legion Risk app, not Legion HQ or other Legion Algo Labs products. Visiting our website or contacting us separately is distinct from using the app; the website's general Privacy Policy applies to those interactions.

2. Information We Collect

Legion Risk v1 does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifying information. You do not need to provide personal information to use its calculators or settings.

Calculator inputs are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to Legion Algo Labs. Legion Risk v1 does not use Supabase or another backend database, and Legion Algo Labs does not remotely store your calculator inputs or preferences.

If you choose to email us for support, we receive the email address and information you include in your message. This is voluntary correspondence outside the app, not automatic data collection by Legion Risk. Please avoid sending sensitive financial information or calculator inputs that are not needed for your enquiry.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Settings and calculator preferences may be stored locally on your device solely to provide app functionality, such as remembering your chosen preferences between sessions. Calculator inputs are used on your device to produce the requested results.

Legion Algo Labs cannot access this local information remotely. Legion Risk does not synchronise it to a Legion Algo Labs server or backend database. If your operating system includes app data in a device backup, that backup is controlled by your device settings and the relevant platform or backup provider, not by Legion Algo Labs.

4. How Information Is Used

Information processed locally is used only to carry out the calculations you request and apply your settings and calculator preferences. It is not used for AI processing, advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

If you contact us separately, we use your correspondence to respond to your enquiry, provide support, and address any privacy concern. You can use Legion Risk without contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

Legion Algo Labs does not sell user data, use user data for advertising, or perform cross-app tracking through Legion Risk v1. The app does not send calculator inputs or locally stored preferences to Legion Algo Labs, brokers, advertisers, or data brokers.

We have no server-side copy of your local calculator information to share. Voluntary support correspondence may be processed by our email provider to deliver and respond to your message, or disclosed if required by applicable law. Separate platform services are described below.

6. Analytics and Diagnostics

Legion Algo Labs does not use your calculator inputs or locally stored preferences for analytics or diagnostics.

Apple or other platform providers may automatically collect technical information, such as crash diagnostics, device information, installation information, or aggregated usage analytics, depending on their services and your platform settings. These services are controlled by the relevant platform or provider and are subject to its own privacy policy.

Where a platform makes diagnostic reports or aggregated analytics available to developers, Legion Algo Labs may use that information to understand reliability issues and improve app functionality. This is separate from Legion Risk transmitting calculator inputs to us. Available diagnostic-sharing controls are managed through your device or platform settings.

7. Third-Party / Platform Services

Downloading or purchasing Legion Risk through the Apple App Store involves Apple services. Apple may process App Store purchase information, payment information, device information, and related technical records under its own terms and privacy policy. Legion Risk does not collect payment-card details or require a Legion Algo Labs account.

The same distinction applies to other applicable operating-system, app-store, or backup services: the relevant provider controls those services and its collection, use, storage, and retention of information. Refer to that provider's privacy policy and settings for details. A link to Apple's Privacy Policy is provided below.

8. Data Retention

Locally stored settings and calculator preferences remain on your device until they are changed or removed, app data is cleared using available device controls, or the app is deleted. Offloading an app may retain its data. Device backups may also retain copies until you remove them through the relevant platform or backup service.

Legion Algo Labs does not retain a remote copy of your calculator inputs or local preferences and cannot retrieve or delete them remotely. There is no Legion Risk account to delete. Any support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Platform providers determine retention for information they collect under their own policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Legion Risk is a trading utility and is not directed at children. Legion Risk v1 does not knowingly collect personal information from children or require personal information from any user.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to Legion Algo Labs through a separate support enquiry, please contact us so we can review the matter and remove information where appropriate.

10. Security

Keeping calculator inputs and preferences on your device limits the need to transmit or store them remotely. Local information relies on your device's operating-system protections and your own device security. Keep your device and app updated, use a device passcode, and protect any device backups.

No device, storage system, or method of communication can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not claim that local storage is immune to loss or unauthorised access, particularly if a device is lost, compromised, or shared.

11. International Users

Legion Risk's local processing works the same way regardless of where you use the app. Legion Risk does not transfer your calculator inputs or local preferences to Legion Algo Labs in another country.

If you contact us, or use platform services such as the App Store, email, or device backups, the relevant providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy policies. You may contact us about applicable privacy rights relating to information we actually hold, such as support correspondence; we cannot access information that remains only on your device.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to Legion Risk or its information-handling practices. The current version will remain publicly available on this page at the same web address, with an updated effective date when changes take effect.

If a future version introduces materially different data practices, we will explain those changes in an updated policy and provide any additional notice or consent required before those practices apply. This policy describes Legion Risk v1 as of the effective date above.
