Affiliate and Commercial Relationship Disclosure

1. Commercial Relationships

Legion Algo Labs currently has referral or affiliate relationships with PU Prime, BlackBull Markets, and The5ers. If you follow a marked partner link and open, fund, purchase, or use an eligible account or service, Legion may receive a fee, commission, revenue share, credit, or other benefit. The form and amount of compensation may vary.

A commercial relationship does not increase the price charged to you unless the partner clearly states otherwise, but it creates a potential conflict of interest that you should consider.

2. How Links Are Marked

Commercial links are identified on the Trading Partners page and use sponsored-link attributes where technically supported. A reference to a provider is not necessarily paid; this disclosure applies when Legion uses a referral or affiliate relationship.

3. No Independent Recommendation

Partner content is general information, not an independent or personalised recommendation, endorsement, financial advice, or a representation that a provider is suitable for you. Compensation can influence which providers appear or how prominently they appear.

Compare providers, costs, product terms, regulation, eligibility, execution and counterparty risks, withdrawal rules, and support independently. Seek suitably qualified advice where appropriate.

4. Provider Responsibility

The provider, not Legion, controls its account approval, products, pricing, trading conditions, platform, promotions, performance, customer service, and withdrawals. Provider names and marks belong to their owners. Legion does not guarantee availability, returns, execution, solvency, regulatory status in your location, or any outcome.

5. Trading and Funded-Account Risk

Brokerage, leveraged products, evaluation programmes, and funded-account services can involve substantial loss, fees, restrictions, and counterparty or platform risk. Past performance and promotional examples are not reliable indicators of future results. Never treat affiliate compensation or a partner listing as reducing those risks.

6. Privacy and Tracking

A partner link may contain a referral identifier. The destination provider may collect technical, account, identity, financial, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. Legion may receive referral-event or aggregate conversion information, but does not control the provider's independent collection. Review its terms and privacy policy before continuing.

7. Changes

Relationships may start or end. The named list above and disclosures on the Trading Partners page will be updated when Legion's verified relationships change. Historical content may refer to an earlier relationship and should be read in its dated context.
